Former PM Imran Khan arrested after getting convicted in the Toshakhana case. 


A trial court, after finding the 70-years old former Prime Minister guilty of “corrupt practices”, has sentenced Imran Khan to 3 years in prison , which also makes him ineligible for any political office for the next five years. 


Imran Khan was accused of buying and selling state gifts illegally. He denies the charges. 


His lawyers have said that they will challenge the verdict in a higher court.
